First we had a tour of the winery, with the charming Caleb, which was worth visiting in itself and then had a mojos making workshop. We were shown by their very friendly chef, Andres, how it was done professionally and then let loose ourselves. All great fun and the flavour of hand made mojos bears little resemblance to the comparatively bland versions you get in jars. We ate it all on site along with various local delicacies and a couple of glasses of wine.”

“l'atelier sauce mojo très sympa. petit bémol le chef nous a planté là après nous avoir expliqué comment faire la sauce. on s'est débrouillé et il n'est pas revenu vérifié ce qu'on faisait. autre bémol la dégustation de vin....hum ..un blanc un rosé un rouge et pas d'explication, celà n'en n'était pas vraiment une. normalement c'est cinq choix et très peu de quantité de vin dans le verre, une explication etc .. mais j'ai apprécié la visite du vignoble, le guide était sympa et connaissait son sujet. l'atelier aussi sauf la fin. c'est pour ça que j'ai retiré une étoile.”
